Cleveland, Tenn. (April 2025) — Legacy Senior Living is pleased to announce the promotion of Allen Chambers to Regional Director of Operations. In this position, Chambers will oversee the Legacy communities located in Georgia and Alabama, giving him direct operational oversight of eight buildings.
Chambers joined Legacy Senior Living in 2014 when he started as a receptionist and administration assistant at their community in Rome, Ga. Over the past decade, he has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Legacy Village of Jacksonville and as the Executive Director at Legacy Village at Park Regency, Legacy Village of Plantation Manor and Renaissance Marquis. He also served as Operations Specialist for Legacy before being promoted to Director of Asset Management in November 2024.
Chambers states, “I am grateful to have the opportunity to continue working for a great company that prioritizes resident care above everything else. It is an honor to support our already exceptional teams in day-to-day operations and continue to set ourselves apart in our perspective markets.”
“Allen’s commitment to our mission of serving seniors with honor and respect has been evident throughout his career with Legacy,” states Blake Ray, COO of Legacy Senior Living. “His dedication to supporting our communities and enhancing the quality of life for our residents makes him well suited for this role, and we are excited to see the impact he will continue to make.”
Chambers chose the senior living industry after he helped move in his first couple into Legacy Village of Jacksonville. He found the opportunity to be a gift from the Lord, and it is his mission to serve those who have served his generation with diligence and good stewardship.
Chambers played football at Berry College before completing his Bachelor’s in Psychology at Kennesaw State University. He is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.
After having moved several times with Legacy, Chambers settled back in his hometown of Rome, GA, with his wife of three years, Madison. Together they have a son, Theodore. He loves to go on adventures with his wife and son, serve alongside his church family, play golf and watch Florida Gators football.
