Legacy Senior Living’s internal Quality Assurance Program exceeds many of the state and regulatory standards in the communities we serve. In particular, our new staff training curriculum provides twice the instruction specified by the state regulatory agencies where our campuses are located.
Legacy Senior Living has operated for years with a hotel-modeled Service Standard format. Our facilities utilize these service standards to define our requirements for all areas of service delivery, including nursing, resident care, administration, food services, activities, housekeeping and plant.
Licensed nursing professionals are actively involved in upholding the standards of care in each of our senior living communities, which are consistently found to be in full compliance with all state regulations for senior living facilities. It is also our practice to regularly maintain staffing levels above state requirements.
